In 2024, Michael Wegener established Wegener Industries, not to be confused with Wegener Construction Inc., which is owned and operated by my father, Mike Wegener. To this day, my dad continues to successfully run and build projects throughout the Big Bear Valley. I am also proud to be the grandson of Chad Seaman, who still owns and operates Seaman Construction in the same region. Growing up surrounded by these two industry leaders, I’ve absorbed invaluable lessons in the art of construction. More importantly, I’ve learned to treat every client like family and craft projects they can truly take pride in.

As a 5th-generation contractor, I’ve had construction in my blood from an early age, from wearing diapers to putting on my first pair of work boots. My passion for building runs deep. In 2024, I took the next step in my career, branching out to form Wegener Industries.
